Agri-food is one of the sectors with the highest social and environmental impact, and today more than ever it plays a key role in the sustainable development of the entire planet. Thanks to the new "sustainable" business models, it is in fact able to respond to the needs of producers and consumers who are increasingly sensitive to social and environmental challenges. As with many other sectors, however, the food sector was also impacted by the Covid emergency. Although the future is still uncertain, the industry resists and continues to represent one of the pillars of the Italian economy. What awaits us in the upcoming months?
