The AmCham Working Group discusses the implementation aspects in Italy of the DAC 6 directive, potentially of greatest interest for member companies. Thanks to the experience of the speakers, we will discuss the problems of interpretation and the need to prepare a system of checks and controls as well as ad hoc procedures to manage the aspects of analysis and communication, avoiding penalties.
