The Annual General Meeting of Members is one of AmCham Italy’s most significant events of the year. It is the occasion when the organization’s strategic priorities are defined, the financial statements approved and the Board of Directors renewed. This year’s Annual General Meeting of Members featured the presentation of "Il Secolo Atlantico. Storie, imprese e idee tra Italia e Stati Uniti," the book by journalist Danilo Taino. Part of a broader book tour, the presentation offered a timely and strategic perspective on the relationship between Italy and the United States, highlighting the role of economic exchange, the circulation of expertise and entrepreneurial models in driving transformation and growth.
The book traces the evolution of the transatlantic partnership as a catalyst for Italy’s economic development while exploring today’s key challenges, including competitiveness, innovation and shifting global dynamics. It invited participants to reflect on the present and look to the future, reaffirming the enduring value of the relationship between Italy and the United States as a strategic driver of opportunity for businesses and institutions.
