Companies and investment funds: what prospects for meetings and forms of engagement

The relationship between companies and investors is transforming, extra-financial dynamics that pertain to the ESG sphere and in particular to aspects of governance, remuneration and sustainability are now at the center of the debate within the company Boards and becoming a topic of dialogue among interested parties. The role of the Board itself is evolving towards greater involvement in defining company guidelines on these matters, trying to match the expectations of investors and stakeholders. 

The 2021 Institutional Investor Survey prepared by Morrow Sodali allows us to analyze global trends, identifying the most sensitive areas on which companies need to intervene. 

This event, in which the main results of this survey will be presented, will be an opportunity to discuss these topics together with some exponents of listed companies and consultants, with the aim of outlining the present picture and imagining a future trajectory.
