- Analysis of industrial districts in the United States in accordance with the types of products that the Italian company plans to manufacture or assemble in the United States
- Overview of the states present in the analyzed districts, with reference to the economic situation, quality of life, data, and trends in the specific sector
- Based on the Italian company’s investment data, the Business Services team can carry out:
- In-depth analysis on the incentives offered on a federal, state, and county level by the Economic Development Organizations responsible for the territory
- Analysis of utilities costs, by territory, in accordance with the consumption predicted by the Italian company
- Analysis of personnel costs, by territory, based on the professional figures required by the Italian company
- Identification of industrial/commercial properties situated in the territory(ies) of interest, in accordance with the Italian company’s specifications, with reference to the preferential geographic location, floor space, physical characteristics of the properties, amount and type of rents or of sale prices
