Key themes include mapping best practices between companies and the education sector, tax incentives for training to encourage employee access to educational programs, and analyzing educational gaps, with the development of solutions through corporate academies and collaborations with universities. Other relevant topics include enhancing internships as a learning experience, integrating ITS (Higher Technical Institutes) with businesses, and recognizing credits. The Committee will also analyze the comparison between the Italian and U.S. PhD models, as well as Italian and Anglo-Saxon educational models, to suggest reform ideas.

Next Steps

The Committee will develop a programmatic document including proposals for tax incentives for corporate training linked to the acquisition of certified skills and promoting best practices in internships to highlight their positive educational impact and improve educational and professional policies. Initiatives will also be developed to enhance school and career guidance with direct involvement from companies.
