This first webinar will focus on Italy and offer a preliminary analysis on technological evolution of finance and the regulatory response arising out of EU legislative proposals and what this offers Italy and Italian companies.
Starting from an overview on the EU’s Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCA), the speakers will consider the legal implications and opportunities provided through this EU-wide regulatory response, what it means for Italian firms operating domestically and across the EU-27 as well as more generally what blockchain’s transformative effect offers in terms of opportunities for Italian SMEs and entrepreneurs.
