The M&A Working Group carries out its function of advocacy developing positions and ideas that can improve Italy’s business climate and make the country more attractive to foreign investment.
This Group monitors the investment trends between Italy and the United States.
Moreover, the Working Group carries out quantitative and qualitative analyses aimed at identifying current and future trends, also assessing the impact after the fact for the entire supply chain and economic zone.
The Working Group’s activities produced an initial report on the state of M&A operations on the transatlantic axis during the 2017-2018 period, assembling a series of proposals and recommendations aimed at promoting the creation of an even more favorable context. The report was submitted during the AmCham conference held in Milan on February 26, 2019.
The Working Group is currently finalizing a second report, which will update the situation to 2019.
