Elisabetta Cassaneti is exclusively specialised in Italian employment and labour law. Her practice focuses on agency relationships, contentious matters, in addition to transfers of business. She has also assisted numerous clients, such as Adecco, with the impact of the "Biagi Reform" on their businesses. Elisabetta, who speaks both English and Italian, is a regular contributor to several trade publications specialising in Employment Law. This is in addition to the lectures she often gives on ‘Trade Union Negotiations’ and the ‘Management of Employees’ at a leading international training and consultancy firm which specialises in human capital development.
Edgardo Ratti is exclusively specialised in Italian employment and labour law. He has a particular focus on matters relating to business reorganizations, collective dismissals, outsourcing, transfers of business, in addition to the management of professionals. Edgardo, who speaks both Italian and English, frequently lectures on employment and labour law issues at a leading international training and consultancy firm which specialises in human capital development. This is in addition to being a regular contributor to the specialised Italian employment law trade publication Diritto & Practica del Lavoro.
